Abstract
Assesses the standing and other procedural rights of third parties in respect of European Commission or the Office of Fair Trading decisions on whether to accept behavioural or structural commitments from undertakings being investigated for antitrust infringements. Considers whether third parties adversely affected by a commitments decision may challenge it by way of judicial review.
