The affiliation details for author Keith Dinnie were incorrectly given as 'School of Business, University of Leicester, Brookfield Campus, 223 London Road, Leicester LE2 1ZE, UK ' but should have been 'School of Business, University of Dundee, Nethergate, Dundee, DD1 4HN, Scotland, UK'. The affiliation details for authors T. C.
