Abstract
In session 2007-2008, East Dunbartonshire Psychological Service was asked to evaluate a new development for pupils with language and communication support needs attending a language and communication resource (LCR) managed by East Dunbartonshire Council. Based on focus groups with parents, interviews with pupils, interviews with LCR and mainstream staff, and a survey of mainstream staff, this evaluation highlighted the contribution the model was making to inclusive practice in the authority.
