First, this report introduces the scope of the research project, before providing background to disabled individuals’ employability within the United Kingdom to explain the rationale for its undertaking. The report then provides a summary of the research methods utilised, before analysing the findings. Finally, this report proposes a series of recommendations for how the Careers Service can better support disabled students and graduates.
