Abstract
This is a study of arbitration in the energy sector and alternative means of resolving disputes, based on a survey of arbitration users' attitudes gathered by means of a questionnaire. It offers an endorsement of arbitration's popularity in this area but a surprising endorsement of the potential for mediation as a way of resolving energy disputes.
