    Abstract

My two pieces of writing for the book, discuss my development of a ‘sustainable practice’ by tracking my changing relationship to two key themes over the last decade. Firstly, to ‘Work’ (in relation to my 2011 project Work-a-thon for the Self-Employed) and secondly to ‘Food’ (in relation to my seminal ‘life-logging’ project Eat 22).
