    Abstract

    As consideration for the control of development and security increasingly converge to better evaluations of the impact of development cooperation necessary to peacekeeping. The high logistic requirements in post-conflict zones make the implementation of these evaluations on-fundamentally limited budget or time often impossible. In this work, a presented method that could help these challenges thereby master that repeated quantitative surveys (surveys) with qualitative. Methods of field research are combined. The former can be used to in order to identify general trends in the resident population, while the latter make it possible to track changes in processes and local To take into account specifics. The method is based on examples, currently ongoing work presented in northeast Afghanistan.
