    Abstract

    Evaluation of PDP – overview of findings
    This paper is based on an evaluation commissioned by the Scottish Government with the aim of assessing the effectiveness and value for money of the PDP and options for improvement within the current level of funding.
    The study gathered data from 170 EPs across Scotland through an online questionnaire. Further in depth data was collected from 19 EPs and 8 other stakeholders through interviews and focus groups.
    The findings and implications for future development of the PDP will be presented
