Abstract
On the centenary of his birth, this book aims to introduce the public to the figure of the great neurophysiologist Giuseppe Moruzzi, through his memoirs and a series of short texts by people who knew him deeply, including Rita Levi-Montalcini and Mario Tobino. Next to it, a wide range of photographs that mark the significant movements of an intense life, and of those "formidable" researches that brought him great fame.
