High-speed imaging of microbubble formation in a novel flow focusing microfluidics chip

Abstract

This work aimed to produce monodisperse microbubbles for use as theranostic agents in medical ultrasound. We describe our design for a glass microfluidic chip with a distinctive flow focussing junction that ensure monodispersity.
