Abstract

This Insight discusses whether the design of the Brazilian Cooperation and Facilitation Agreements' organs for dispute settlement, particularly the Joint Committees and National Focal Points, is congruent with the practicalities of Brazilian dispute settlement, and promotes sustainable development—specifically, access to justice for investors and other stakeholders.
