In 2009, over 2300 entries were submitted for the Jerwood Drawing Prize for consideration by a panel of judges comprising of Tania Kovats, Artist; Roger Malbert, Senior Curator; Hayward Touring, Southbank Centre; and Nicholas Usherwood, Writer, Art Critic & Curator. The exhibition catalogue is co-edited and introduced by the co-founder of the prize, Professor Anita Taylor.
