Virginie Barré is stopping off at Trouville-sur-Mer for an artist residency and responds to the invitation of the Frac Normandie and the Villa museum Montebello to design an exhibition.
It is therefore surrounded by works that she offers a first encounter with the public at the Villa Montebello. Like potential characters in a story in progress, the works are set up in the villa itself, laden with history(s) and sketching out the beginnings of fiction as Virginie Barré knows how to construct them.
