    Abstract

A two gallery installation, one gallery with five theatre sets and the other gallery with five video projections of the sets with characters performing a narrative and one main character moving or travelling from one set or screen to another. Each set is rooted in key plays from the 20th Century that deal with waiting; The Cherry Orchard, Look Back in Anger, The Dumb Waiter and Waiting for Godot. This output is an invited commission by Dundee Contemporary Arts and the theatre company Suspect Culture. A unique and experimental collaboration between the artist, curator Katrina Brown (DCA) and theatre director Graham Eatough (Director of Suspect Culture theatre company) fusing performance, sculpture, installation and event.
