‘Love on the Dole’ is the title of a 1933 novel by Walter Greenwood, which takes place around the time of the General Strike of 1926 focussing on the struggles of a community in the north of England.
Currently the arts and society as a whole, face uncertain times, but love will prevail. Artists invited to respond to the title of the show or to all things love and Valentine’s in any way they please.
