Much of the content was drafted by the Winter 2023 cohort of Mental Health Promotion students (HPRO 3325) at Dalhousie University as part of their major course assessment. The book was edited by Taylor Hill, Megan Sponagle, and Becky Feicht. The introduction was written by Alanna Kaser.
