Abstract

Comments on Mercer v Alternative Future Group Ltd (EAT) on whether a tribunal failed in its duty under the Human Rights Act 1998 s.3 to treat the claimant's suspension from work for organising strikes as a "detriment" within the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 s.146.
