    Abstract

This chapter summarizes the ideas, research, and theoretical underpinnings from the preceding chapters. It looks at any emerging trends, interventions, and theories from different types of transitions. This chapter concludes this book by considering the way forward for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers. However, it is important to say that some of these ideas have come directly from the authors of the chapters; some will be my interpretation based on my own experience of research and practice which might be very different from the author/s’ original thoughts. The readers will perhaps come up with some other interpretations based on their own experiences and context.
