Abstract

Neurophysiological mechanisms related to corticomotor excitability and neurochemical mechanisms linked to GABA activity may explain the analgesic response to prolonged continuous theta burst stimulation (pcTBS) targeted at the primary motor cortex (M1) and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) in patients with neuropathic pain (NP).
