    Abstract

    This chapter is concerned with the law of property. It starts by explaining general concepts in property. Corporeal and incorporeal moveable property and securities over these types of property are examined, followed by the varios aspects of landownership. Leases and securities over heritable property are then discussed. The chapter concludes with an outline of a typical conveyancing transaction.
