Abstract
Comments on the debates in the Edinburgh University Private Law Forum on September 29, 2003 on the subject of Scotland and the Supreme Court, following the publication of a consultation paper entitled Constitutional Reform: A Supreme Court for the United Kingdom published by the Department for Constitutional Affairs. Reports on the issues which the speakers identified as needing consideration including civil and criminal appeals from Scotland, presence of judges from different jurisdictions and whether there should be UK wide jurisdiction. © 2011 Sweet & Maxwell
