Simulation of wireless Ad hoc routing protocols and its evaluation

    Abstract

    An evaluation scheme for wireless mobile Ad hoc routing protocols was proposed to understand the whole performance of Ad hoc routing protocols. By using this scheme to compare the performance of four key ad hoc routing protocols: DSDV, TORA, DSR and AODV, general parameters of these network routing protocols were obtained, and the relative performance in different conditions was held. It will provide reference for designing more scalable routing protocols.
