    Abstract

    To measure skin blood flow responses to the iontophoresis of acetylcholine and sodium nitroprusside in the digits of patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and control subjects. Additionally, to test the effects of oral L-arginine supplementation versus placebo in patients.
