Abstract
It has been some time since this column last appeared, for which apologies are offered. In my (limited) defence there has not been much by way of legislative developments, but there has been much going on in the policy space and several recent initiatives. I will endeavour to have more regular reports in future, as my day job settles down post both Covid and a lengthy internal restructuring with all the demands that brings.
