Abstract

This case study offers students the opportunity to apply a series of innovative SDG-infused strategic accounting techniques to evaluate FOODRUS corporate strategy; suggest changes to this strategy to enhance its SDG impacts; and design a set of key performance indicators that measure the extent of any sustainable transformation of their business.
