    Abstract

A 67-year-old man experienced left pelvic pain 2 weeks after robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy and was found to have a thin-walled left pelvic lymphocele. After percutaneous drainage, his symptoms resolved. Two weeks later, the catheter continues to drain 150–200 mL of fluid daily. What would you recommend for definitive treatment?
