Abstract
Considers whether there is a need to introduce special measures for vulnerable witnesses in Scottish criminal proceedings other than those currently provided for by the Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2004, particularly the use of intermediaries to ensure that the evidence is not distorted or misrepresented in any way due to deficiencies in the style of questioning.
