Abstract
This is the first piece of silversmithing created from my research with the Love Chemistry Lab at Edinburgh University where I have been recovering precious metals from electronic waste. The bowl also takes advantage of my research into dutch raising - fly pressing a sim card shape into the base of the bowl. A stripe of the mixed metal solution patinates the piece.
