This talk presents the results of a two-year research on personal assistance (PA) in Europe. The research was conducted as part of the project ‘User-Led Personal Assistance in the European Union: A Critical Comparative Analysis’ (ULPA). The ULPA project was developed and implemented by me at ENIL. It is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme through a Marie Curie Fellowship.
