    This month’s issue of IWRA Update continues a special series of essays exploring the themes of the XVth Water Congress that will be held from May 25 to 29 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Prof. Akpabio unpacks the different elements of valuing water; Prof. Thapa, Prof. Scott, Prof. Varady, and Prof. Grenade discuss methods to strengthen water security; and Prof. Lilian del Castillo-Laborde explores the role of law in water governance.
