Abstract

Clinical practice research should include the evaluation of new interventions and implementation research. Clinical trials need to be integrated into clinical practice to be more efficient, quicker, sustainable and cheaper. The evidence ecosystem depends on effective partnerships to produce high-quality clinical trials, evidence synthesis and implementable evidence-informed recommendations.
